How to Order & Customize Your Fourth Element Drysuit
Step 1:
Choose Your Base Drysuit
Explore the Drysuits category and select your preferred suit based on fabric type (Flex for maximum mobility, Stealth for heavy-duty durability, or Stealth Hybrid for the best of both).
Choose between Standard Sizing or full BioMap® Custom Tailoring and add the suit to your cart.
Step 2:
Select Your Factory Upgrades
Switch to the Factory Upgrades category above to configure your neck seals, wrist systems, and P-Valves.
Note: We recommend reviewing each upgrade item. If you prefer the original default build, simply select the $0 Standard / Default option.
Step 3:
Checkout & Verification
Once all your items are in the cart, proceed to checkout. For custom BioMap® suits, our team will contact you to schedule your 3D scan and verify all technical specs!

Once your order is completed, our team will reach out directly to schedule your in-person BioMap® measurement session, confirm your boot preferences (HD Boots vs. Neoprene Socks), and verify valve positioning before submitting the build order to the factory.

Custom drysuits typically take approximately 10 to 20 weeks from measurement verification through factory craftsmanship and delivery to Toronto. We will keep you updated throughout the production process and assist with final fit testing upon arrival.
